Hello deqno! 26 weeks pregnant
Your baby's becoming more sensitive to sound as the network of nerves in her ears develops. If ayah talks to her now, she might learn to recognise his voice. The more she hears it, the more likely she is to find it soothing after she's born. If he feels strange just talking to the baby, he can read the newspaper or a book out loud.
How your baby's growing
Your baby may measure about 36cm/15in long with feet extended. If you could see your baby now, you might be able to get a glimpse of his baby blue (or brown, green, hazel) eyes, which are now beginning to open. He will respond to sound more consistently toward the end of the seventh month, when the nerve pathways to the ears are complete.
Measuring your baby from top to toe with his legs extended, he is about 14 inches / 35.6 centimetres. He weighs a little more than 1.6 pounds / 760 grams. Your baby's eyes begin to open around now. Response to sound grows more consistent toward the end of the seventh month, when the network of nerves to the ear is complete. He also continues to take small breaths and although he's only breathing in water and not air, it's still good practice for when he's born.
Since your baby is now growing so fast, and brain development is so intense at this stage, your nutrition is very important. Continue to eat a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of grains and vegetables. Fibre-rich foods, including whole-grain breads and cereals, lentils and brown rice are high in vitamin B and help fend off constipation.
How your life's changing
You're nearing the home stretch - the third trimester. Before you know it, you'll be cradling your baby in your arms. Around this time, you may see a slight increase in your blood pressure, which is normal. But if your weight suddenly shoots up, or your vision blurs, and your hands and feet swell dramatically, you may have pre-eclampsia. Call your doctor immediately if you notice any of these symptoms.
If you have a swab to check for a vaginal infection during pregnancy such as thrush, the results may come back positive for group B streptococcus, too. This is a common infection which lots of women have without knowing about it and without it causing any harm, but it can be dangerous for newborns
Your antenatal classes should start sometime in the next few weeks, if it hasn't already. Classes should provide you with good, clear information about the birth and the early days of parenthood. Keeping informed goes a long way toward calming any concerns you may have about giving birth.
Has your husband sorted his paternity leave? Ask what arrangements the company has in place. Firms have different policies on paternity leave, with some companies being more generous than others.
Hello deqno! 25 weeks pregnant
Your baby is responsive to touch now. You can have fun with him by trying to tickle his foot when he kicks you or by lying on your back and rolling from side to side, to see how he reacts. His eyelids open around now and his heart is beating so strongly, it may be heard with a stethoscope.
How your baby's growing
Your baby's beginning to make some breathing movements, though there's no air in her lungs as yet. But her senses are developing fast. At 26 weeks, fetal brain scans show that babies respond to touch and if you shine a light on your abdomen, your baby will turn her head, which researchers say shows that the optic nerve is functioning.
The baby now weighs nearly 1.5 pounds / 660 grams and is approximately 13.5 inches / 35 centimetres long from crown to heel. He makes breathing movements but has no air in his lungs yet. At 26 weeks, fetal brain scans show response to touch. At every antenatal visit, your doctor will take your blood pressure and do tests on a sample of your urine. In this way, pregnancy-related conditions such as pre-eclampsia and diabetes can be detected and treated.
How your life's changing
Sleep may not feel that restful any more if you're having vivid or scary dreams. These are normal because when you sleep, your subconscious becomes the stage for any worries about pregnancy and impending motherhood. Your growing bump may also make it hard to get into a comfortable position. It's recommended that you get into the habit of sleeping on your side rather than your back - follow our tips for using pillows as wedges.
Your fingers, wrists and hands may be feeling achy and numb. The carpal tunnel in the wrist is swollen, as are many other tissues in your body. Nerves that run through the tunnel end up pinched, creating pressure that manifests itself as shooting or burning pain. Wearing a brace may help; so will taking vitamin B6. Talk to your doctor about other ways to cope.
Thinking ahead
Many pregnant women worry about whether they will be able to birth their babies vaginally - a perfectly natural concern, particularly if it is your first. Take heart, there are some excellent positions for labour you can try which not only help your cervix to dilate during contractions but will also encourage the baby to move down the birth canal when the time comes. Using these positions along with established childbirth techniques such as breathing, massage and natural pain relief will increase your chances of a normal delivery.
Seperti yang pernah tercoret sebelum ni regarding HB rendah pada check up yg lepas, kali ni HB dah semakin baik 10.9 mg..walaupun tak sampai lagi ke minimum level 11 mg, tapi alhamdulillah menunjukkan peningkatan..bak kata org, waktu pregnant ni mmg perkara yg tak dijangka2 ada je..tapi mmg pengambilan vitamin dan pemakanan dijaga dengan serius..taknak la apa-apa jadi kat baby especially kan..masa sebelum kawin ingatkan senang je buat anak ni..kawin then, mengandung..tapi x mcm tu rupanya..tanya hubby i kalau tak percaya..maybe ujian Allah pada kitorang utk lebih menghargai amanahNya..
Check up seperti biasa..check berat, urin, BP which all in normal condition..then, tadi nurse pun ada tunjuk result utk diabetis test check up sebelum ni gak..which is in normal level..then, dia bg briefing pasal pemakanan skit..and dapat la stock vitamin lagi utk dimkn..berat pn dah naik 2 kilo dari check up sebelum ni..which is also normal..and nurse tu pun pesan tak digalakkan berat naik sampai 4 kg dalam sebulan..so..walaupun perut i org kater tak nampak mcm 6 bulan, tapi baby measurement and weight semuanya normal seperti dijadualkan..tu pn dah cukup bagus..alhamdulillah..
Lastly, nurse inform yg kali ni kene amik injection utk kancing gigi..sbb mengandung anak sulung..injection tu kene amik 2 kali..so next check up kene inject lagi la nampaknya..pastu next check up dia suh dah bawak scan baby tu..nasib baik next appointment kat annexxe 15/7 then 18/7 baru check up kat KKIA...so boleh la bagi KKIA tgk scan tu..
Thanks dear 4 menunggu adik sepanjang check up tu..you are the best 3x..nyanyi ikut lagu hindustan yg abg suka tu...huhuhu
Hello deqno! 24 weeks pregnant
How your baby's growing
Your baby is still on the skinny side with no body fat but his brain is growing rapidly and he's starting to fill the space in your uterus. By now, you probably have a definite "pregnant" shape and the linea nigra, a dark line of pigmentation, may appear down the centre of your abdomen. Your baby's taste buds are also forming and, believe it or not, his sweet tooth. Could that explain your sudden craving for dodol and kuih lapis? No one knows for sure but it's a good excuse, next time you find yourself stalking the kuih lady at the pasar malam. Your baby's growing steadily, gaining about 99g/22oz since last week. Your fetus weighs more than 1.3 pounds / 600 grams. From crown to heel she could measure 11.8 inches / 30 centimetres. His skin is thin and fragile but his body is filling out and taking up more room in your uterus. He may also be developing a weakness for sweets. Taste buds are now forming, and, believe it or not, acquiring a sweet tooth is all part of it. The other big milestone your baby reaches at this stage of pregnancy is that she may now survive, with special care, if she is born prematurely - otherwise known as becoming "viable".
How your life's changing
You may notice faint red streaks, otherwise known as striae, or stretchmarks on your tummy, hips, buttocks and breasts. Lots of women have very itchy skin as well - pregnancy hormones can make your skin drier and stretching over a growing bump doesn't help. Rubbing on creams may make you feel more comfortable and help soothe the itching but it won't get rid of stretchmarks and is unlikely to prevent them. Stretchmarks are typical at this stage of pregnancy and will fade to silvery white marks after you give birth.
You may also find that your eyes are more sensitive to light, feeling gritty and dry - a perfectly normal pregnancy symptom known as dry-eye. To ease your discomfort, you can use an artificial tears solution to add moisture, available from pharmacies. For other pregnancy niggles such as headaches, cramps or lower back pain, try our suggestions for natural remedies.

How your baby's growing
Your baby now looks like a miniature newborn. His lips are becoming more distinct and his eyes have developed; though the iris still lacks pigment, his eyebrows and eyelids are in place. His pancreas, essential for hormone production, is developing steadily and the first signs of teeth are showing beneath his gum line. Before you know it, your baby will be smiling at you. Your baby's skin is still quite wrinkled because he has so much growing still to do. But his face and body are beginning to look more like those of a newborn as his lips, eyelids and ears become more distinct. If people are telling you that you look smaller or bigger than you should at this point, remember that all women and their babies grow at different rates. What's important is that you see continuous growth and change, not how fast or slow it is.
How your life's changing
At this point, you'll probably notice a steady gain in weight - about 225g/half a pound each week. You may also notice that your appetite's increasing. It's okay to give in to an occasional yearning for Maggi mee or kuih lapis, but try to find a healthy substitute if you constantly long for junk food.
Sometimes it's difficult to look much beyond the birth but it's worth finding out about babies before you hold your own. For example, you may be surprised at what a newborn looks like or you may need a crash course in changing nappies. Get together with your husband and take our light-hearted quiz.
You may have noticed some changes down below. It's common in pregnancy to have an increased vaginal discharge as the result of increased blood flow in that part of the body. Needing to go to the loo a lot is another side-effect of pregnancy but don't forget that you are also more susceptible to urinary tract infections too - see your doctor if you suspect about of cystitis. You may also experience bleeding from the back passage, particularly if you have developed haemorrhoids. Follow our tips for avoiding constipation and it should help.
You are now 21 weeks pregnant (or in your 22nd week if that's how you prefer to count it).
How your baby's growing
Your baby could measure about 27cm/10-and-a-half inches from crown to heel. Her eyebrows and eyelids are fully developed and her fingernails now cover her fingertips. Watch what you say from now on because she will probably hear you. You can communicate by talking, singing (use our lullaby lyrics, if you're a bit rusty) or why not try reading aloud? Some studies suggest a newborn will suck more vigorously when you feed if you read from a book frequently heard in utero. Choose a children's classic, take a look at some of our parent's favourites or use one of your own books - whatever you prefer.
How your life's changing
It's hard to be graceful when you're pregnant so don't be surprised if you find yourself getting more clumsy these days. You're carrying more weight, your centre of gravity has changed with your growing uterus, and your fingers, toes, and other joints are all loosening, thanks to the effect of pregnancy hormones. Try to watch where you're going, and if you haven't already done so, say goodbye to high heels. They make keeping your balance more difficult, and can cause backaches.
Just how much weight you will gain by the end of pregnancy may be preying on your mind. Doctors are much more relaxed about weight gain in pregnancy now. Take the same approach and give yourself a break. It's also best not to worry immediately about losing weight after you've had your baby as your body can take anything from a few months to a year to recover nutrients used up during pregnancy.
Do see your doctor, however, if your weight is soaring or plummeting. Your doctor will usually check to see if your bump is measuring about right for your dates. If you are large-for-dates further investigations can be arranged to find out why.
Seperti biasa, ari ni p buat check up lagi kat KKIA..semua nya ok..cuma kiraan hemoglobin kali ni rendah dari biasa plak..selalunya sebelum ni between 12-14 mg.. tapi kali ni hb 10.3 mg je..less than 11 mg..so dah kene bebel ngan nurse tu..dia kater dah kira anaemia la plak..ari tu ada nurse tu suh mkn pil vitamin tu lepas mkn..i pn mkn la direct lepas mkn..tapi nurse yg ni plak kater..kene mkn 1 ke 1 jam setengah selepas mkn..mcm2 la plak..dah kene tambah dose..dari kene mkn 1 biji je ferromed to dah kene mkn 2 biji..ari tu sekali sehari..skang dah kene 2 kali sehari..tapi i amik sekali sehari je 2 biji tu..sbb mlm nak mkn kalsium plak..iron ni tak boleh plak campur ngan kalsium..nnti darah tak serap plak..ish susah betul..pastu dia suh bykkan mkn hati, limpa, kerang which i tak mkn benda2 tu..selain tu yg i mkn, ikan bilis, sardin, bayam and sayur2 hijau..nnti 3/6 ada check up kat Annexe..tgk result kat stuh mcm mana plak..kalau kat stu still rendah gak..mmg kene mkn 2 kali sehari la nampaknya..dan seperti biasa..bila ada masalah..i rujuk la jugak artikel kat babycentre..utk memberi sedikit panduan..
How much iron do I need during pregnancy?
Before you conceived, you needed about 15 milligrams (mg) of iron a day (FSA n.d. a). That's quite a lot. Many of us probably don't actually get the recommended daily amount.
During pregnancy, you need extra iron to help keep you and your baby healthy. If you don't have enough iron to fuel haemoglobin production for both of you, you may develop iron-deficiency anaemia. This is the most common type of anaemia in pregnancy (Reveiz et al 2007) and about one in five women develop this type when they are pregnant (WHO et al 2001 cited in CKS 2005).
What can I do to make sure I have enough iron?
A pregnant woman requires 30mg of iron daily. As with most vitamins and minerals, food is the best source of iron. You shouldn't need iron supplements if you take care to have a diet rich in iron. This means eating lots of dark green leafy vegetables, wholemeal bread, iron-fortified cereals, potatoes, lean red meat, shellfish, raisins, prunes and pulses.
Vitamin C helps your body absorb the iron in your diet. Try drinking plenty of orange juice or eating fruit or vegetables which are rich in vitamin C, when you have an iron-rich meal, to help prevent you from becoming anaemic (FSA n.d. b).
Tea and coffee, even soy protein, egg yolks and milk will make it difficult for your body to absorb iron, so it's best not to drink them at mealtimes (Morck et al 1983; Zijp et al 2000).
How will I know if I'm anaemic?
Anemia is confirmed if your haemoglobin level is less than 11.0 gm/dl. The routine blood tests you have at the antenatal clinic will check whether your haemoglobin levels are satisfactory. It's normal for the levels to drop a little during pregnancy because there's far more fluid in your blood to dilute the red blood cells (NCCWCH 2003: CKS 2005).
Only if your levels drop very low indeed will your doctor prescribe iron tablets.
Are some women more likely to become anaemic during pregnancy?
Women who have a diet that is low in iron are likely to become anaemic. You're also more likely to have iron deficiency anaemia in pregnancy if your body's iron supplies have already been depleted, perhaps because you've had two or more pregnancies close together (Bewley 2004), or you had heavy periods before you became pregnant (CKS 2005).
If you're carrying more than one baby then the demands of each baby can also increase your risk of anaemia (Denton and Davies 2004).
Thalassaemia is a common cause of anemia in pregnancy. It is an inherited blood disorder where the ability to produce the haemoglobin chain, either the alpha or beta, is affected. Alpha thalassaemia is more common in Malaysia than beta thalassaemia (MyTalasemia).
What are the symptoms?
You may not be aware that you have become anaemic, although fatigue is a common sign and so is breathlessness (CKS 2005). However, these are symptoms also experienced by many pregnant women who are not anaemic.
Headaches, tinnitus and palpitations are other symptoms of anaemia, along with unusual food cravings (CKS 2005). Your eyelids, nail beds and tongue may also look pale (CKS 2005).
How is anaemia treated?
Your doctor will discuss your diet with you to make sure that you are eating enough of the right kinds of food, and she may prescribe iron supplements.
The drawback with iron supplements is that while they can improve your iron levels they also have some unpleasant side effects (Reveiz et al 2007). They can cause constipation and other tummy upsets, such as nausea, diarrhoea and tummy ache (CKS 2005). Increasing the fibre in your diet while you're taking them can help prevent constipation and taking the tablets with a meal can help reduce the other side effects (CKS 2005).
If you find the side effects become a serious problem for you, ask your doctor to prescribe you another brand - or to reduce the dose, as taking less is probably better than not taking any at all (CKS 2005).
Could my being anaemic affect my baby's health?
Unless you are severely anaemic, you don't need to worry about your baby. Your body will make sure that your baby gets his quota of iron before you get yours. So you'll be short of iron long before he is. Your baby makes the heaviest demands on your iron supplies in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy (CKS 2005), so this is the time to take extra care of yourself.
Hello deqno!
19 weeks pregnant
Congratulations! You've hit the halfway mark in your pregnancy. You'll start growing even more rapidly in the weeks to come, so don't be surprised if you find yourself slowing down. If you feel the urge to indulge in an afternoon nap, go for it, if you can - you and your baby deserve it. Her hearing is developing, and she'll be getting used to the sound of your voice. Tiny teeth are also forming in her gums.
How your baby's growing
This is a crucial time for your baby's sensory development which takes place in specialised areas of the brain. The fetus measures around 6 inches / 15 centimetres long from crown to rump and weighs about 9 ounces / 240 grams. She has started to swallow amniotic fluid and her kidneys continue to make urine. Hair on the scalp is sprouting. If your baby is a girl, she has six million eggs in her ovaries... they'll dwindle to one million by the time she's born.
How your life's changing
Your uterus has grown well into your abdomen - the top of it probably reaches your belly button. From now on it will grow at about a centimetre per week. You may also notice some aching in your lower abdomen. It's nothing to be alarmed about - it's just the stretching of your muscles and ligaments supporting your bump. You may have felt the kicking and somersaulting of your growing baby. At times, you might find that she is so mobile that you can't sleep. The next 10 weeks or so will be your baby's busiest and most active time, until the womb gets too crowded.
Many pregnant women worry that they won't be able to cope with the pain of labour and childbirth. Some women consider an elective caesarean to avoid the problem completely, but this isn't necessarily a good idea as the risks with a caesarean delivery are much higher than with a normal delivery and there will still be pain involved, albeit after the birth. There are many effective forms of pain relief available. You could try some natural methods of pain relief first, which can help women cope with the pain of labour without any drugs at all. The more you find out about what is available or what you can try, the more in control you will feel and the less worried you will be.
Getting a good night's sleep when you're pregnant can be difficult, particularly if you have heartburn or indigestion. If that's the case then food will be the last thing on your mind, but some pregnant women wake up in the night with hunger pangs and have to have a midnight feast before they can get back to sleep. Another cause of disrupted nights may be your husband's elbow in your side because pregnancy can cause nasal congestion resulting in - yes, you guessed it - snoring.

Hello deqno!
18 weeks pregnant
Your baby is twice as big as he was last month but he still weighs only about 190g (6.7oz). Meanwhile, most of the weight you've gained is from amniotic fluid, placenta and water retention. Although things may seem calm on the surface, your little one is kicking, flexing, reaching, rolling, and even sucking his thumb now. If you haven't felt him move yet, you will in the next few weeks. His hearing is now functioning and he will be listening to your heartbeat.
How your baby's growingThis week, you officially begin your fifth month of pregnancy. Your baby may have reached 15 cm from crown to rump by now, and he can both feel and hear. Admittedly at the moment, all he can hear is your heartbeat and the flow of your digestive system but soon he'll be able to detect noise outside the womb and identify your voice.
How your life's changing
You're just a week away from the half-way mark. Pregnancy care is much more relaxed than it used to be, but don't chew over things alone if you're feeling anxious. Our Most Frequently Asked Questions on antenatal health, pregnancy complications, and labour and birth may reassure you but don't hesitate to ring your doctor if you're still worried.
However, in the next few weeks you'll probably be having second trimester scans to check your baby's organs. Seeing your baby curled up inside you - or kicking or rolling - is immensely moving so take your husband with you if you can.
Bigger, more comfortable clothes are a must now. Treat yourself to a new pair of shoes also in a bigger size, as your feet will swell along with your body. And pick a low heel for extra stability as your bump grows.
Ari ni sebenarnya ada appointment kat KKIA..diorang suh dtg buat check up utk diabetes..so kene berpuasa start dari 10 mlm tadi..
Sampai je mcm biasa amik nombor..then, suh my hubby p opis dulu..dah settle baru call dia balik..dalam kol 8am nombor pun di panggil utk diambil darah..pastu kene p kat satu bilik tu and minum air gula (glukos)..mak ai..manis gila air tu..dah la i tak suka mkn manis2 sgt..kene habiskan air tu dlm masa 5 minit..tak boleh muntah..kalo tak kene buat lagi sekali hari yg lain..
Then, kene tunggu 2 jam sebelum darah diambil sekali lagi..sementara menunggu 2 jam tu..ada la misi tu bagi ceramah cara penyusuan bayi..so belajar la benda baru hari ni..dia siap ajar jugak mcm mana nak meyusukan bayi bagi ibu yg bekerjaya..then, dia tunjuk plak proses bersalin..hish..seram plak rasanya..bila dah abis tu ada dlm lagi setengah jam..sembang2 la dgn ibu2 dan bakal2 ibu yg attend ceramah tadi..mcm-mcm pengalaman ada..makin takut plak jadinya..harap2 nya tader la masalah masa nak melahirkan nanti..and baby pun sihat wal afiat..
Pastu dlm kol 10..dah start dah dia panggil nombor..mcm tau2 je..i p masuk toilet then i pun muntah la..cuma kali ni muntah sedap..manis je rasa dia..haha..nasib baik sempat 2 jam..then bila nombor dipanggil p la amik darah lagi sekali..nasib baik ari ni takder masalah nak amik darah..then, call my hubby..kitorang p mkn dulu..then baru la balik opis..tunggula resultnyer nanti 24/5/2011..
Research has shown that the OGTT (oral glucose tolerance test) is more sensitive than the FPG test for diagnosing pre-diabetes, but it is less convenient to administer. The OGTT requires fasting for at least 8 hours before the test. The plasma glucose level is measured immediately before and 2 hours after a person drinks a liquid containing 75 grams of glucose dissolved in water. If the blood glucose level is between 140 and 199 mg/dL 2 hours after drinking the liquid, the person has a form of pre-diabetes called impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Having IGT, like having IFG, means a person has an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes but does not have it yet. A 2-hour glucose level of 200 mg/dL or above, confirmed by repeating the test on another day, means a person has diabetes.
Punyala bz ari ni..maklumla last day closing account..so ada beberapa adjustment yg nk di submit..terkejar2 la sbb ptg confirm dah dok kat klinik je..so sblm p klinik utk appointment, p mkn2 dulu ngan leli n p submit dokumen kat Annexe tkt 10..settle..
Punya la lama tunggu nombor nak dipanggil..tapi akhirnya..dipanggil jugak..kali ni klinik ni pun dah start amik berat badan dan air kencing..so berat hari ni adalah 40.5 kg..dah naik lagi dari check up kat KKIA ari tu..huhu..then, kat snih tak yah jumpa misi byk2..jumpa doktor je..doktor tu kater kene amik darah ari ni..result akan diberitahu di appointment akan dtg..terpaksala i bukak cerita yg i ada pengalaman susah nak amik darah..pas tu dia kater..tak susah la..org kurus la senang nak amik darah..dia pun amik la darah..sekali je dah berjaya..selamat..
Pastu part yg ditunggu2..scanning time..hehe..baby dah besar..letak je scanner tu terus dah nampak..doktor tu pun ukur la dia nyer kepala n perut..so doc kater saiz baby normal..siap dah ada berat badan lagi..so baby dah seberat 200gm..hehe..pastu doc pusing2 lagi tunjuk kat i yg tangan telah terbentuk dgn sempurna..ari tu masa scan nampak pendek je tulang dia..kali ni dah panjang dah..dah la tgn tak tau dok diam..then doc cari pulak kaki dia..bila dah jumpa doc kater dia silang rapat kaki dia..tak dapat nak tgk jantina..hahha..nak surprise la tu..pastu doc bagi vitamin baru..obimin n calcium..
Yang lagi bes..bila citer kat my hubby..dia terus kater nak ikut appointment yg akan dtg..huhu..3/6/2011..masa mkn mlm, jumpa plak leli n zaza, so mkn la besama diorang..2 kali hari ni mkn ngan leli..
Kali ni p kat KKIA lagi utk check up seperti yg telah di appointmentkan..my hubby dengan setianya menunggu...maklumla kat KKIA ni ramai sgt misi2 yg perlu di jumpa..
Mcm biasa..amik berat and check air kencing dulu..alhamdulillah ok..berat pun dah naik skit dari 39.8 ke 40.3 kg..so misi tu tak la membebel kan..kalo turun mesti dia membebel..skang ni pun mcm dh boleh mkn byk skit dr dulu..pastu p la pula jumpa misi lagi sorang..tugas dia ni plak utk check kedudukan baby..dia ukur perut n tekan-tekan kat perut..pastu kene p jumpa lak misi utk check kandungan gula dalam darah..ala yg dia cucuk kat jari hantu tu..then, jumpa lak misi utk mendengar nasihat2..dia explain pasal amik darah yg appointment sebelum tu..so semuanya clean n clear..alhamdulillah..n lepas tu dapat lah lagi vitamin2 utk dimakan..then, bila misi tu tgk rekod, dia pun perasan la i tak pernah lagi jumpa dgn doktor kat stuh..so dia suh la p bilik doktor..so doktor pun tgk2 perut dan bagi beberapa nasihat..doktor tu btau yang better buat scan kat klinik luar sbb diorang buat scan utk yg ada kes je..sbb ramai sgt patient..pastu baru la amik appointment date utk akan dtg..24/5/2011..
So, apa yg menggembirakan..result darah ok..dan doktor tu cantik..rasanya asik jumpa doktor cantik je setiap kali appointment..harap2nya melekat la kat baby tu nanti..ensem/cantik...huhu..dan tomei gak mcm mak bapak dia..ok..nnti sambung di appointment kat Klinik Annexe plak..
Huhu...lagu ni ditujukan kepada diri i seniri..

walau begitu jauh tuk bisa berjumpa denganmu
kau dengar hatiku yang mencintamu sejak dulu
jangan menggodaku, ragu kepadaku

You are now 14 weeks pregnant (or in your 15th week if that's how you prefer to count it).
How your baby's growing
Hair is big news this week! Your baby is growing lots of it, not only on his head and brows but all over his body. This is covered in an ultrafine down, called lanugo, which usually disappears before birth. Some muscles are starting to work, too. This week your baby can grasp, squint, frown, grimace and even suck his thumb.
How your life's changing
You're probably feeling brighter and livelier than in the first three months and have put the early symptoms of pregnancy firmly behind you. Some unlucky women do find that the nausea drags on so if you are still being very sick, contact your doctor for advice. Most women find the second three months the easiest stage of pregnancy when sleep is sounder and your bump isn't too big to impede your movements. Make the most of these energetic middle months to enjoy activities such as swimming, walking and low-impact aerobics.
Uwaaa..tak laratnya..naper kepala ni asik berdenyut-denyut je..dah 3 ari dah mcm ni..sepatutnya ari ni ada check up kat klinik bwh menara ni..tapi dia kater doc takder ari ni..dah la tak call inform pun..So..satu keputusan telah diambil..taknak dah buat check up kat klinik tu..so i nk p klinik yg kat Annexe tu ngan KKIA je..tak kose nak layan klinik yg suka postpone2 ni..
Kepala i ni still sakit lagi nih..mcm mana ni..i demam ke??kalau di rasa-rasa mmg la mcm panas je..tp tak tau la kan..so bila kepala terasa di awang-awangan..tekak pun mula la rasa nak mengeluarkan isi perut..tu yg tak nak tu..letih i mkn tau..dah la mcm baru boleh nak mkn lebih skit dr sblm ni..dah la jugak ari ni perasaan i sayu je..rasa nak nangis..
Sdg buat luahan perasaan kat snih..tetiba 'bapak' dtg memberikan kacang kuda rebus..wah..terharunya..rasa nak menitis air mata ni..i tgh mkn roti coklat sebenarnya..tapi roti ni bkn la favourite i..tu yg lambat sgt nak telan tu..tetiba dpt lak mknn bes..huhu..thank you 'bapak'..tak lama lagi 'bapak' dah nak pencen'..mesti dah takder org nak layan n meloyar buruk ngan i..sedih la plak rasanya..
Tadi call my hubby..ingatkan nak buat luahan perasaan..tapi bila dia kater dia baru nak mkn ngan opismate nyer..tak jadi nak kacau..selamat menikmati lunch ye dear..
Semalam dah selamat dah p jumpa dentist kat klinik Pergigian Setapak.Disebabkan doktor tu muda (cantik plak tu)..so dia takder la membebel pasal tak tampal-tampal gigi yang dah lama terserpih tu..dia check sumer gigi and dia pun tampal la gigi yang terserpih tu..kejap je pun..my hubby pun terkejut tiba-tiba i dah keluar dr bilik doc tu..so, settle satu check-up lagi..
Dua tiga hari ni plak perut i ni mcm ada masalah..mcm kene selalu ke toilet..tak tau la naper..yg dibuang tu tak la byk sbb mkn pun tak byk kan..tapi warna dia agak gelap dari biasa..hahaha..patut ke citer kat snih..so terpaksa i pk balik apa yg i dah mkn yg membuatkan warna dia bertukar..ke sbb i mkn vitamin-vitamin yg KKIA bg tu dengan air bervitamin C..tapi diorang yg advice kene minum dgn air bervitamin C..ntah la..takper..i tgk lagi beberapa hari ni..kalau ikut opinion my hubby, maybe badan i sedang membuang toksin-toksin..tetiba plak bdn i nak proses detox..hehe pelik la jugak..tapi sebenarnya senang hati dah sikit sbb masa mula2 pregnant tu mcm susah jugak nak membuang ni..tapi skang tiap2 hari kene membuang which is normal for me as before pregnant..
Hari ni plak pening..sumer org sibuk pasal bajet..apa la diorang ni..kalau dah mmg menda tu kene jalan..mgmt dah approve pun..jalan je la..bajet kita adjust la nanti..tapi pandai2 la berjimatkan..ni lagi satu..ada system enhancement lak utk vendor kitorang..dah pening dah nak kene explain kat vendor-vendor tu tuk request payment guna system..sbb kitorang dah tak nak terima dah manual2 invoice ni..paperless la katerkan..so skang ni..byk la payment tgh pending..hahhaha..tu sbb nyer pening..sbb kene menjawab..
Pastu semalam ramai pulak org tegur lagi yg i dah semakin kurus termasuk la kawan i si farah masa jumpa kat cafe..ada jugak yg tegur i mcm tak pregnant je sbb perut tak nampak2..i pun cakap la kat dia..i pn dah confius i ni sebenarmya pregnant ke tak..tapi tak per i kater..nanti i gi scan lagi tgk..haha..i conifus tu bkn sbb apa..sbb i mcm tak rasa apa-apa pun lagi..dah la perut tak besar-besar..tapi bila pegang kat perut tu ada la satu part tu mcm keras..scan sebelum ni ada je..takkan la tetiba takder..merepek je i ni..huhu..
Hehe..gembira sudah..platelet count i dah ok ari ni..pg td p kat KK Setapak..bayar RM 1.00 then, dia amik darah sbb smlm tak berjaya kat KKIA tu..kali ni 2 kali cucuk baru darah i nak kuo..tapi yg penting doc tu btau..platelet count i normal..
So i tanya la naper platelet boleh kurang lak semalam..dia kater maybe sbb try byk kali and darah semalam adalah darah yg last..hilanglah kerisauan i..ingatkan apa la penyakit yg berkaitan platelet yg i ada.. Tapi berdebar la jugak nak tunggu result blood test tu kan..masa tu la tau mcm2 penyakit kan..so tunggula appointment i pada 27/4/2011 nanti..apa plak KKIA nak btau resultnya..
Pastu ari rabu ni 6/4/2011 p jumpa dentist plak..byk betul kene check bila pregnant ni..and mesti i kene marah nanti..i mmg ada plan nak gi tampal gigi dari tahun lepas..tapi tak terpegi-pegi..sekali dah pregnant..mesti doktor tu membebel kenapa biar gigi tu terserpih lama sangat..hehe..ni la plak bagusnya p kat Klinik Kerajaan ni..dari ujung rambut ke ujung kaki di check nya.. Yang penting i and baby sihat..Aamiin..
