MASALAH KETIKA HAMIL - VARICOSE VEINS
Sekarang ni, ini la pulak masalah dalam end trimester 2 nak masuk 3 nih....susah giler nak berjalan masa mula-mula kene tuh...nak baring susah..duduk susah...berdiri susah...nak solat pun susah....kene ari jumaat...isnin & selasa siap amik Emergency Leave lagi...skang nih dah ok skit...tapi bila tgk dlm cermin masa jalan mcm penguin....huhuhu..tanya hubby i kalo tak cayer....
Why am I getting varicose veins in my legs?
Varicose veins develop or are aggravated in pregnancy because the growing uterus puts pressure on the pelvic veins and on the inferior vena cava (a large vein on the right side of the body that receives blood from the lower limbs and the greater part of the pelvic and abdominal organs). This increases blood pressure in the leg veins, and thus influences the development of varicose veins. As the baby grows and the uterus enlarges, the veins become even more prominent.
An increase in the hormone progesterone causes the walls of blood vessels to relax as well. You may just see the blue veins under your skin, or the veins may bulge; you may feel some pain, or no discomfort at all. Not pretty, we know, but varicose veins do tend to improve when pregnancy is over. Several factors, including family history and being overweight, can also contribute to the condition.
During pregnancy you're more prone to varicose veins in your legs -- though you can get them anywhere. Haemorrhoids, in fact, are technically varicose veins of the rectal area, while some women develop varicose veins in the vulva (the area around the vagina) while they are pregnant.
Can I prevent them?
You may be able to prevent them, or at least minimise them. The trick is to avoid putting too much pressure on your legs during pregnancy. Incorporate the following tips into your lifestyle even before you have a problem:
• Exercise daily -- even just a brisk walk around the block can help.
• Elevate your feet and legs whenever possible: Keep a stool or box under your desk, and try to lie down on your left side with your feet elevated on a pillow when at home. Since the inferior vena cava is on the right side, left-sided rest relieves it of the weight of the uterus; thus decreasing venous pressure in the lower extremities.
• Try sleeping on your left side with your feet on a pillow. Wedge a pillow behind your back to keep yourself tilted to the left side.
• Before getting out of bed in the morning, put on special support tights. By putting them on before standing, you'll prevent excess blood from gathering in your legs. Keep a clean pair of knickers and your tights under the pillow so you can easily put them on before getting out of bed. If you have a major problem with varicose veins your doctor can prescribe heavy duty tights but they are rather thick and can be uncomfortable in hot weather.
• Don't stand on your feet for long periods of time.
• Don't cross your legs when sitting down.
• Be aware that excessive weight gain can contribute to the problem.
Are they serious?
While varicose veins may itch or even hurt, their biggest effect is probably on your vanity. Chronic circulatory problems or blood clots resulting from varicose veins are unlikely. Only about five percent of people unfortunate enough to develop varicose veins in the first place develop small blood clots in their veins.
If you have a tender, reddened area on the surface of a varicose vein, coupled with fever, leg pain, or a rapid heartbeat, report it to your doctor without delay. In a small percentage of cases, rapid heartbeat and/or shortness of breath could be signs of a pulmonary embolism (when the blood clot has travelled to the lungs). If you experience shortness of breath and a rapid heartbeat, go to the nearest casualty department, or ring for an ambulance.
How do I get rid of them?
Sometimes varicose veins will subside on their own within three or four months of your baby's birth. But if the bulging veins become too uncomfortable to live with, you can have them corrected surgically. If you think you might want such surgery, you should probably wait until you've had all the children you want because unfortunately, varicose veins tend to worsen with each pregnancy.
BABYCENTER UPDATES...27 WEEKS
Hello deqno! 27 weeks pregnant
How your baby's growing

You're in the home stretch - two trimesters down, one more to go. Your baby is growing steadily as he prepares for delivery day. She will gain weight rapidly over the next weeks and, as the size of your bump increases, you may feel more breathless and tired. Your baby's acting more like a newborn now, too. She opens and closes her eyes, sleeps and wakes at regular intervals, and may suck a finger or thumb. She may also be hiccuping a lot this week, which explains that odd rhythmic sensation you've probably been feeling.
Now that you're approaching the final stage of pregnancy - your third trimester - your baby is really starting to grow and fill the available space in your uterus. Although they're still immature, your baby's lungs will function with some medical help, if she's born prematurely.
Your baby now weighs nearly 2 pounds / 875 grams and measures 14.5 inches / 36.6 centimetres from head to toe. Some experts believe that babies begin to dream by the 28th week. What do they dream about? No-one knows for certain but the brain is active this week as well. The characteristic grooves on the brain's surface start to appear and more brain tissue develops.
Chalk up any rhythmic movement you may be feeling to a case of the hiccups, which are common this week and throughout the pregnancy. Your baby has them but is breathing in amniotic fluid rather than air. A paper bag can't cure her hiccups, obviously, but an episode usually lasts only momentarily. The sensation for you may be strange but not unpleasant.
How your life's changing
Your body is altering rapidly now: your uterus is up near your rib cage and if you're unlucky you may discover the delights of leg cramps, haemorrhoids or varicose veins. (If it's any consolation, they should disappear after the birth.) Labour really isn't far away so if you haven't already signed up for a childbirth class, then find out if there is a space available on a course now. Since your uterus is now up near your rib cage, you may now find yourself short of breath if you haven't already. Starting now and continuing through the last three months of pregnancy, you may be plagued by itchy abdomen. Are pregnancy discomforts getting you down? Try some natural remedies to perk you up.
You're likely to have another antenatal appointment this week and you may have a blood test to check for pregnancy anaemia, a deficiency of red blood cells. Many pregnant women develop a mild case of the illness because of normal changes in the body. If your blood group is Rhesus-negative and you tested negative for Rh antibodies at an earlier appointment, you'll have a further test around now. You'll probably be tested for Rh antibodies this week or next and have an anti-D injection to combat the incompatibility. You may be offered a repeat injection at 36 weeks.
Believe it or not, studies have shown that a mum's breastfeeding success has a lot to do with her husband's attitude. If you're a new dad, it's time to bone up on breastfeeding basics so you can provide support after the baby's born. Your wife will need looking after in the first few weeks after the birth so be prepared to help out more around the house and at mealtimes, particularly if she has had a caesarean.

BABYCENTER UPDATES...26 WEEKS
Hello deqno! 26 weeks pregnant

Your baby's becoming more sensitive to sound as the network of nerves in her ears develops. If ayah talks to her now, she might learn to recognise his voice. The more she hears it, the more likely she is to find it soothing after she's born. If he feels strange just talking to the baby, he can read the newspaper or a book out loud.
How your baby's growing
Your baby may measure about 36cm/15in long with feet extended. If you could see your baby now, you might be able to get a glimpse of his baby blue (or brown, green, hazel) eyes, which are now beginning to open. He will respond to sound more consistently toward the end of the seventh month, when the nerve pathways to the ears are complete.
Measuring your baby from top to toe with his legs extended, he is about 14 inches / 35.6 centimetres. He weighs a little more than 1.6 pounds / 760 grams. Your baby's eyes begin to open around now. Response to sound grows more consistent toward the end of the seventh month, when the network of nerves to the ear is complete. He also continues to take small breaths and although he's only breathing in water and not air, it's still good practice for when he's born.
Since your baby is now growing so fast, and brain development is so intense at this stage, your nutrition is very important. Continue to eat a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of grains and vegetables. Fibre-rich foods, including whole-grain breads and cereals, lentils and brown rice are high in vitamin B and help fend off constipation.
How your life's changing
You're nearing the home stretch - the third trimester. Before you know it, you'll be cradling your baby in your arms. Around this time, you may see a slight increase in your blood pressure, which is normal. But if your weight suddenly shoots up, or your vision blurs, and your hands and feet swell dramatically, you may have pre-eclampsia. Call your doctor immediately if you notice any of these symptoms.
If you have a swab to check for a vaginal infection during pregnancy such as thrush, the results may come back positive for group B streptococcus, too. This is a common infection which lots of women have without knowing about it and without it causing any harm, but it can be dangerous for newborns
Your antenatal classes should start sometime in the next few weeks, if it hasn't already. Classes should provide you with good, clear information about the birth and the early days of parenthood. Keeping informed goes a long way toward calming any concerns you may have about giving birth.
Has your husband sorted his paternity leave? Ask what arrangements the company has in place. Firms have different policies on paternity leave, with some companies being more generous than others.

BABYCENTRE UPDATES...25 WEEKS
Hello deqno! 25 weeks pregnant
Your baby is responsive to touch now. You can have fun with him by trying to tickle his foot when he kicks you or by lying on your back and rolling from side to side, to see how he reacts. His eyelids open around now and his heart is beating so strongly, it may be heard with a stethoscope.
How your baby's growing
Your baby's beginning to make some breathing movements, though there's no air in her lungs as yet. But her senses are developing fast. At 26 weeks, fetal brain scans show that babies respond to touch and if you shine a light on your abdomen, your baby will turn her head, which researchers say shows that the optic nerve is functioning.
The baby now weighs nearly 1.5 pounds / 660 grams and is approximately 13.5 inches / 35 centimetres long from crown to heel. He makes breathing movements but has no air in his lungs yet. At 26 weeks, fetal brain scans show response to touch. At every antenatal visit, your doctor will take your blood pressure and do tests on a sample of your urine. In this way, pregnancy-related conditions such as pre-eclampsia and diabetes can be detected and treated.
How your life's changing
Sleep may not feel that restful any more if you're having vivid or scary dreams. These are normal because when you sleep, your subconscious becomes the stage for any worries about pregnancy and impending motherhood. Your growing bump may also make it hard to get into a comfortable position. It's recommended that you get into the habit of sleeping on your side rather than your back - follow our tips for using pillows as wedges.
Your fingers, wrists and hands may be feeling achy and numb. The carpal tunnel in the wrist is swollen, as are many other tissues in your body. Nerves that run through the tunnel end up pinched, creating pressure that manifests itself as shooting or burning pain. Wearing a brace may help; so will taking vitamin B6. Talk to your doctor about other ways to cope.
Thinking ahead
Many pregnant women worry about whether they will be able to birth their babies vaginally - a perfectly natural concern, particularly if it is your first. Take heart, there are some excellent positions for labour you can try which not only help your cervix to dilate during contractions but will also encourage the baby to move down the birth canal when the time comes. Using these positions along with established childbirth techniques such as breathing, massage and natural pain relief will increase your chances of a normal delivery.

BABYCENTRE UPDATES...24 WEEKS
Hello deqno! 24 weeks pregnant
How your baby's growing
Your baby is still on the skinny side with no body fat but his brain is growing rapidly and he's starting to fill the space in your uterus. By now, you probably have a definite "pregnant" shape and the linea nigra, a dark line of pigmentation, may appear down the centre of your abdomen. Your baby's taste buds are also forming and, believe it or not, his sweet tooth. Could that explain your sudden craving for dodol and kuih lapis? No one knows for sure but it's a good excuse, next time you find yourself stalking the kuih lady at the pasar malam. Your baby's growing steadily, gaining about 99g/22oz since last week. Your fetus weighs more than 1.3 pounds / 600 grams. From crown to heel she could measure 11.8 inches / 30 centimetres. His skin is thin and fragile but his body is filling out and taking up more room in your uterus. He may also be developing a weakness for sweets. Taste buds are now forming, and, believe it or not, acquiring a sweet tooth is all part of it. The other big milestone your baby reaches at this stage of pregnancy is that she may now survive, with special care, if she is born prematurely - otherwise known as becoming "viable".

How your life's changing
You may notice faint red streaks, otherwise known as striae, or stretchmarks on your tummy, hips, buttocks and breasts. Lots of women have very itchy skin as well - pregnancy hormones can make your skin drier and stretching over a growing bump doesn't help. Rubbing on creams may make you feel more comfortable and help soothe the itching but it won't get rid of stretchmarks and is unlikely to prevent them. Stretchmarks are typical at this stage of pregnancy and will fade to silvery white marks after you give birth.
You may also find that your eyes are more sensitive to light, feeling gritty and dry - a perfectly normal pregnancy symptom known as dry-eye. To ease your discomfort, you can use an artificial tears solution to add moisture, available from pharmacies. For other pregnancy niggles such as headaches, cramps or lower back pain, try our suggestions for natural remedies.

How your baby's growing
Your baby now looks like a miniature newborn. His lips are becoming more distinct and his eyes have developed; though the iris still lacks pigment, his eyebrows and eyelids are in place. His pancreas, essential for hormone production, is developing steadily and the first signs of teeth are showing beneath his gum line. Before you know it, your baby will be smiling at you. Your baby's skin is still quite wrinkled because he has so much growing still to do. But his face and body are beginning to look more like those of a newborn as his lips, eyelids and ears become more distinct. If people are telling you that you look smaller or bigger than you should at this point, remember that all women and their babies grow at different rates. What's important is that you see continuous growth and change, not how fast or slow it is.
How your life's changing
At this point, you'll probably notice a steady gain in weight - about 225g/half a pound each week. You may also notice that your appetite's increasing. It's okay to give in to an occasional yearning for Maggi mee or kuih lapis, but try to find a healthy substitute if you constantly long for junk food.
Sometimes it's difficult to look much beyond the birth but it's worth finding out about babies before you hold your own. For example, you may be surprised at what a newborn looks like or you may need a crash course in changing nappies. Get together with your husband and take our light-hearted quiz.
You may have noticed some changes down below. It's common in pregnancy to have an increased vaginal discharge as the result of increased blood flow in that part of the body. Needing to go to the loo a lot is another side-effect of pregnancy but don't forget that you are also more susceptible to urinary tract infections too - see your doctor if you suspect about of cystitis. You may also experience bleeding from the back passage, particularly if you have developed haemorrhoids. Follow our tips for avoiding constipation and it should help.

BABYCENTRE UPDATES...21 WEEKS
You are now 21 weeks pregnant (or in your 22nd week if that's how you prefer to count it).
How your baby's growing
Your baby could measure about 27cm/10-and-a-half inches from crown to heel. Her eyebrows and eyelids are fully developed and her fingernails now cover her fingertips. Watch what you say from now on because she will probably hear you. You can communicate by talking, singing (use our lullaby lyrics, if you're a bit rusty) or why not try reading aloud? Some studies suggest a newborn will suck more vigorously when you feed if you read from a book frequently heard in utero. Choose a children's classic, take a look at some of our parent's favourites or use one of your own books - whatever you prefer.
How your life's changing
It's hard to be graceful when you're pregnant so don't be surprised if you find yourself getting more clumsy these days. You're carrying more weight, your centre of gravity has changed with your growing uterus, and your fingers, toes, and other joints are all loosening, thanks to the effect of pregnancy hormones. Try to watch where you're going, and if you haven't already done so, say goodbye to high heels. They make keeping your balance more difficult, and can cause backaches.
Just how much weight you will gain by the end of pregnancy may be preying on your mind. Doctors are much more relaxed about weight gain in pregnancy now. Take the same approach and give yourself a break. It's also best not to worry immediately about losing weight after you've had your baby as your body can take anything from a few months to a year to recover nutrients used up during pregnancy.
Do see your doctor, however, if your weight is soaring or plummeting. Your doctor will usually check to see if your bump is measuring about right for your dates. If you are large-for-dates further investigations can be arranged to find out why.

How much iron do I need during pregnancy?
Before you conceived, you needed about 15 milligrams (mg) of iron a day (FSA n.d. a). That's quite a lot. Many of us probably don't actually get the recommended daily amount.
During pregnancy, you need extra iron to help keep you and your baby healthy. If you don't have enough iron to fuel haemoglobin production for both of you, you may develop iron-deficiency anaemia. This is the most common type of anaemia in pregnancy (Reveiz et al 2007) and about one in five women develop this type when they are pregnant (WHO et al 2001 cited in CKS 2005).
What can I do to make sure I have enough iron?
A pregnant woman requires 30mg of iron daily. As with most vitamins and minerals, food is the best source of iron. You shouldn't need iron supplements if you take care to have a diet rich in iron. This means eating lots of dark green leafy vegetables, wholemeal bread, iron-fortified cereals, potatoes, lean red meat, shellfish, raisins, prunes and pulses.
Vitamin C helps your body absorb the iron in your diet. Try drinking plenty of orange juice or eating fruit or vegetables which are rich in vitamin C, when you have an iron-rich meal, to help prevent you from becoming anaemic (FSA n.d. b).
Tea and coffee, even soy protein, egg yolks and milk will make it difficult for your body to absorb iron, so it's best not to drink them at mealtimes (Morck et al 1983; Zijp et al 2000).
How will I know if I'm anaemic?
Anemia is confirmed if your haemoglobin level is less than 11.0 gm/dl. The routine blood tests you have at the antenatal clinic will check whether your haemoglobin levels are satisfactory. It's normal for the levels to drop a little during pregnancy because there's far more fluid in your blood to dilute the red blood cells (NCCWCH 2003: CKS 2005).
Only if your levels drop very low indeed will your doctor prescribe iron tablets.
Are some women more likely to become anaemic during pregnancy?
Women who have a diet that is low in iron are likely to become anaemic. You're also more likely to have iron deficiency anaemia in pregnancy if your body's iron supplies have already been depleted, perhaps because you've had two or more pregnancies close together (Bewley 2004), or you had heavy periods before you became pregnant (CKS 2005).
If you're carrying more than one baby then the demands of each baby can also increase your risk of anaemia (Denton and Davies 2004).
Thalassaemia is a common cause of anemia in pregnancy. It is an inherited blood disorder where the ability to produce the haemoglobin chain, either the alpha or beta, is affected. Alpha thalassaemia is more common in Malaysia than beta thalassaemia (MyTalasemia).
What are the symptoms?
You may not be aware that you have become anaemic, although fatigue is a common sign and so is breathlessness (CKS 2005). However, these are symptoms also experienced by many pregnant women who are not anaemic.
Headaches, tinnitus and palpitations are other symptoms of anaemia, along with unusual food cravings (CKS 2005). Your eyelids, nail beds and tongue may also look pale (CKS 2005).
How is anaemia treated?
Your doctor will discuss your diet with you to make sure that you are eating enough of the right kinds of food, and she may prescribe iron supplements.
The drawback with iron supplements is that while they can improve your iron levels they also have some unpleasant side effects (Reveiz et al 2007). They can cause constipation and other tummy upsets, such as nausea, diarrhoea and tummy ache (CKS 2005). Increasing the fibre in your diet while you're taking them can help prevent constipation and taking the tablets with a meal can help reduce the other side effects (CKS 2005).
If you find the side effects become a serious problem for you, ask your doctor to prescribe you another brand - or to reduce the dose, as taking less is probably better than not taking any at all (CKS 2005).
Could my being anaemic affect my baby's health?
Unless you are severely anaemic, you don't need to worry about your baby. Your body will make sure that your baby gets his quota of iron before you get yours. So you'll be short of iron long before he is. Your baby makes the heaviest demands on your iron supplies in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy (CKS 2005), so this is the time to take extra care of yourself.

BABYCENTRE UPDATES...19 WEEKS
Hello deqno!
19 weeks pregnant
Congratulations! You've hit the halfway mark in your pregnancy. You'll start growing even more rapidly in the weeks to come, so don't be surprised if you find yourself slowing down. If you feel the urge to indulge in an afternoon nap, go for it, if you can - you and your baby deserve it. Her hearing is developing, and she'll be getting used to the sound of your voice. Tiny teeth are also forming in her gums.
How your baby's growing
This is a crucial time for your baby's sensory development which takes place in specialised areas of the brain. The fetus measures around 6 inches / 15 centimetres long from crown to rump and weighs about 9 ounces / 240 grams. She has started to swallow amniotic fluid and her kidneys continue to make urine. Hair on the scalp is sprouting. If your baby is a girl, she has six million eggs in her ovaries... they'll dwindle to one million by the time she's born.
How your life's changing
Your uterus has grown well into your abdomen - the top of it probably reaches your belly button. From now on it will grow at about a centimetre per week. You may also notice some aching in your lower abdomen. It's nothing to be alarmed about - it's just the stretching of your muscles and ligaments supporting your bump. You may have felt the kicking and somersaulting of your growing baby. At times, you might find that she is so mobile that you can't sleep. The next 10 weeks or so will be your baby's busiest and most active time, until the womb gets too crowded.
Many pregnant women worry that they won't be able to cope with the pain of labour and childbirth. Some women consider an elective caesarean to avoid the problem completely, but this isn't necessarily a good idea as the risks with a caesarean delivery are much higher than with a normal delivery and there will still be pain involved, albeit after the birth. There are many effective forms of pain relief available. You could try some natural methods of pain relief first, which can help women cope with the pain of labour without any drugs at all. The more you find out about what is available or what you can try, the more in control you will feel and the less worried you will be.
Getting a good night's sleep when you're pregnant can be difficult, particularly if you have heartburn or indigestion. If that's the case then food will be the last thing on your mind, but some pregnant women wake up in the night with hunger pangs and have to have a midnight feast before they can get back to sleep. Another cause of disrupted nights may be your husband's elbow in your side because pregnancy can cause nasal congestion resulting in - yes, you guessed it - snoring.

BABYCENTRE UPDATES...18 WEEKS
Hello deqno!
18 weeks pregnant
Your baby is twice as big as he was last month but he still weighs only about 190g (6.7oz). Meanwhile, most of the weight you've gained is from amniotic fluid, placenta and water retention. Although things may seem calm on the surface, your little one is kicking, flexing, reaching, rolling, and even sucking his thumb now. If you haven't felt him move yet, you will in the next few weeks. His hearing is now functioning and he will be listening to your heartbeat.
How your baby's growing
This week, you officially begin your fifth month of pregnancy. Your baby may have reached 15 cm from crown to rump by now, and he can both feel and hear. Admittedly at the moment, all he can hear is your heartbeat and the flow of your digestive system but soon he'll be able to detect noise outside the womb and identify your voice.
How your life's changing
You're just a week away from the half-way mark. Pregnancy care is much more relaxed than it used to be, but don't chew over things alone if you're feeling anxious. Our Most Frequently Asked Questions on antenatal health, pregnancy complications, and labour and birth may reassure you but don't hesitate to ring your doctor if you're still worried.
However, in the next few weeks you'll probably be having second trimester scans to check your baby's organs. Seeing your baby curled up inside you - or kicking or rolling - is immensely moving so take your husband with you if you can.
Bigger, more comfortable clothes are a must now. Treat yourself to a new pair of shoes also in a bigger size, as your feet will swell along with your body. And pick a low heel for extra stability as your bump grows.
DIABETES???
Ari ni sebenarnya ada appointment kat KKIA..diorang suh dtg buat check up utk diabetes..so kene berpuasa start dari 10 mlm tadi..
Sampai je mcm biasa amik nombor..then, suh my hubby p opis dulu..dah settle baru call dia balik..dalam kol 8am nombor pun di panggil utk diambil darah..pastu kene p kat satu bilik tu and minum air gula (glukos)..mak ai..manis gila air tu..dah la i tak suka mkn manis2 sgt..kene habiskan air tu dlm masa 5 minit..tak boleh muntah..kalo tak kene buat lagi sekali hari yg lain..
Then, kene tunggu 2 jam sebelum darah diambil sekali lagi..sementara menunggu 2 jam tu..ada la misi tu bagi ceramah cara penyusuan bayi..so belajar la benda baru hari ni..dia siap ajar jugak mcm mana nak meyusukan bayi bagi ibu yg bekerjaya..then, dia tunjuk plak proses bersalin..hish..seram plak rasanya..bila dah abis tu ada dlm lagi setengah jam..sembang2 la dgn ibu2 dan bakal2 ibu yg attend ceramah tadi..mcm-mcm pengalaman ada..makin takut plak jadinya..harap2 nya tader la masalah masa nak melahirkan nanti..and baby pun sihat wal afiat..
Pastu dlm kol 10..dah start dah dia panggil nombor..mcm tau2 je..i p masuk toilet then i pun muntah la..cuma kali ni muntah sedap..manis je rasa dia..haha..nasib baik sempat 2 jam..then bila nombor dipanggil p la amik darah lagi sekali..nasib baik ari ni takder masalah nak amik darah..then, call my hubby..kitorang p mkn dulu..then baru la balik opis..tunggula resultnyer nanti 24/5/2011..
Research has shown that the OGTT (oral glucose tolerance test) is more sensitive than the FPG test for diagnosing pre-diabetes, but it is less convenient to administer. The OGTT requires fasting for at least 8 hours before the test. The plasma glucose level is measured immediately before and 2 hours after a person drinks a liquid containing 75 grams of glucose dissolved in water. If the blood glucose level is between 140 and 199 mg/dL 2 hours after drinking the liquid, the person has a form of pre-diabetes called impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Having IGT, like having IFG, means a person has an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes but does not have it yet. A 2-hour glucose level of 200 mg/dL or above, confirmed by repeating the test on another day, means a person has diabetes.

BABYCENTRE UPDATES...14 WEEKS
You are now 14 weeks pregnant (or in your 15th week if that's how you prefer to count it).
How your baby's growing
Hair is big news this week! Your baby is growing lots of it, not only on his head and brows but all over his body. This is covered in an ultrafine down, called lanugo, which usually disappears before birth. Some muscles are starting to work, too. This week your baby can grasp, squint, frown, grimace and even suck his thumb.
How your life's changing
You're probably feeling brighter and livelier than in the first three months and have put the early symptoms of pregnancy firmly behind you. Some unlucky women do find that the nausea drags on so if you are still being very sick, contact your doctor for advice. Most women find the second three months the easiest stage of pregnancy when sleep is sounder and your bump isn't too big to impede your movements. Make the most of these energetic middle months to enjoy activities such as swimming, walking and low-impact aerobics.
NYUT..NYUT..NYUT..

PLATELET - BABYCENTRE INFO..
Platelets are cells in your blood. They help your blood to clot when it needs to. The normal number of platelets is between 150 and 400 million per millilitre of blood. Most pregnant women have normal numbers of platelets but about eight per cent have a slight drop in their platelet count.
If your platelet count drops below normal while you're pregnant doctors will say you have gestational thrombocytopenia. Your count is below normal if you have between 100 and 150 million platelets per millilitre of blood. Gestational thrombocytopenia usually happens in the third trimester. It won't cause you or your baby any problems. Your platelet levels will return to normal when your baby is born.
The reduced platelet count is related to the fact that you're pregnant. Experts are unsure exactly why it happens but two factors may play a part:
1) Your body naturally destroys platelets if they are not used and replaces them with new ones. In pregnancy, this process is speeded up. The result is that you have fewer, but younger and larger platelets in your blood.
2) Your body produces more of the liquid part of blood (plasma) while you're pregnant. This means there are fewer platelets per millilitre of blood. This doesn't affect the platelets' performance, though. They can still do their job.
Your blood test results should be written in your maternity notes. Your platelet count will look something like this: Plat. 160x10.9/L. This would mean you have a platelet count of 160, which is in the normal range. If your platelet count is low, the blood test should be done again. This will keep track of whether your count is dropping. If your platelet count is very low, it may mean you're more likely to bleed either during or after birth or during a caesarean section. Doctors may also be extra cautious about giving you an epidural. The epidural needle would have to be placed very carefully to avoid any accidental puncture.
It's hard to say how low your platelet has to go before it becomes too low. This makes it difficult to tell at what point your risk of abnormal bleeding goes up. Some experts say all mums-to-be who have a platelet count of below 100 million per millilitre of blood should have extra tests. If you have an abnormally low platelet count it is likely to have been caused by a condition you already have, such as lupus.
Lupus happens when your immune system mistakenly attacks healthy cells. Some medicines, such as the blood-thinning drug heparin, can also affect your platelet count. If either of these cases applies to you, you and your doctor will already know your platelet count could be low. Your doctor will plan your antenatal care with this in mind.
Occasionally, a very low platelet count could be a sign of a problem with your pregnancy. This could be a rare complication of pre-eclampsia, called HELLP syndrome. If you had this syndrome, your other symptoms would be:
1) pre-eclampsia symptoms, such as high blood pressure and protein in your urine;
2) pain above your belly;
3) headaches;
4) nausea
PLATLET KURANG??? MACAM MANA NI??
Hmmm...pagi tadi p la check up kat KKIA Sri Rampai..ok je..sumer nurse2 kat stuh baik-baik n peramah belaka..tapi saper yg bermasalah..i la..

Pastu sdg i meeting ptg tadi..i dapat la call dari KKIA tu lagi..tau tak dia inform apa??dia tanya i demam ke hari ni sbb platlet darah i kurang..pastu i cakapla.."rasanya mcm sihat je tak tau la plak kalau saya ada denggi"..huhu..jadi apa yg tak besnyer..esok pagi kene p KK Setapak untuk test darah lagi..tak tau la kali ni senang ke susah ke nak jumpa urat i tu lagi..uwaa..dah sakit dah tgn kanan i ni..kenapa kene amik darah lagi ni..

BABYCENTRE UPDATES...12 WEEKS
I ada la subscribe satu website ni tuk dpt kan info terutama ketika 1st trimester ni..so dia akan email la tetiap minggu inform apa yang akan berlaku minggu tu..so minggu ni apa dia inform..

You are now 12 weeks pregnant (or in your 13th week if that's how you prefer to count it).
Your baby is about 5.4cm long from her crown to her rump and weighs slightly less than 14g. The big news this week is that your baby's reflexes are becoming more honed. She'll squirm if you prod your belly, although you probably can't feel her moving around yet. Fetal nerve cells have been multiplying rapidly and the neurological connections in her brain (synapses) are forming. She can close her fingers, curl her toes and clench her eye muscles.
All the while, your baby's face is beginning to look more human. Her eyes, which started out on the sides of her head, have moved closer together. Her ears are almost in their final positions on the side of her head. Inside her body, her organs are performing more complex tasks. Her liver is making bile and her kidneys are secreting urine into her bladder.
Your midwife can now feel the top of your uterus (womb), also known as the fundus, low in your belly. As you enter the second trimester, you may need to wear looser clothing. Soon you won't be able to fit into your old clothes any more.
It's never too soon to start doing your pelvic floor exercises. A strong pelvic floor will protect you against urine leaks, and help with labour and birth when the time comes.
You may now find that once the sickness feeling has passed, your appetite returns. Find out how to eat well over the next few weeks. And if you're wondering how often you'll need to see your midwife or GP, take a look at our antenatal appointments scheduler.
Note from Babycentre: Every baby develops differently. This page is designed to give a general idea of how a fetus grows in the uterus

A lover, not a fighter
Whenever there's tension in the home, your Libra child will try to be the peace-maker. He will want everyone to get along, as arguments upset him. If you are a noisy, expressive family, your little one will have to learn how to make himself heard, which can be very difficult for children of this sign.
In general, harmony is the main concern for Libra children, and they'll do whatever they can to guarantee it. This includes being affectionate with their parents, siblings and friends.
Libra children are sweet and naturally polite, but their urge to please everyone can cause problems. Your child is likely to be indecisive, as he’ll worry that any decision he makes could end up offending someone or hurting their feelings. Libra children also find it difficult stating their opinion in a confident way, which means they could let their friends walk all over them as they try to keep everyone happy.
On a brighter note, their great social skills and strong sense of justice make them a good friend. They also have a well-developed sense of how to create balance in their lives, and sophisticated tastes, even at a young age.
Natural negotiators, Libra children excel in bringing people together, creating compromise and helping others to cooperate rather than argue. As the parent of a Libra child, your job will include teaching him, gently, that occasional disagreements are a natural, unavoidable part of life. Help him build his self-confidence and realise that being opinionated and assertive aren't the same as being offensive.

New updates and experience today..so hari ni my hubby dah promise me to send for appointment at Klinik Kesihatan Ibu dan Anak (KKIA). Actually we have planned for this last week lagi..tapi masa tu kitorang p KKIA yg kat Sentul je sbb kitorang selalu mkn2 kat stuh..Sampai je kat KKIA Sentul tu, dia tanya kitorang dok kat mana..kitorang pn btaula yg ktorang dok kat Ayer Panas Setapak..so dia kata kitorang tokleh register kat klinik tu..bkn dlm kawasan diorang..so dia kater kene p kat KKIA Sri Rampai..kat mana la plak tu..
Kitorang cari n cari la klinik tu..tak jumpa2 jugak..ternampakla Klinik Kesihatan Setapak..tanya la kat stuh..dia pn bg la direction..then p la dekat2 Rampai Court tu..baru la jumpa..sekali masuk je dlm klinik tu..mak ai..penuh gila..ni sampai ptg pun tak sure leh settle ni..so hubby kater..kita p isnin nnti pagi2..bukan apa pun nak buat appointment je..
So, ari ni kol 730 pagi lagi kitorang dah sampai kat stuh..itu pun dah beratur panjang dah..tapi bila dia bukak je pintu n nak register, i cakap la i nak buat first appointment..so sekejap je p kat lagi satu kaunter tu..di check tarikh suit utk i and dia bagi la senarai apa nak bawak masa 1st appointment nanti..Masa 31.3.2011 nanti i kene bawa:
1) Of course la Kad Pengenalan
2) Original Sijil Nikah
3) Original Bil Elektrik / Telefon - nak confirmkan address la tu..
4) Yang kelakar tu siap dlm senarai tu suh bawak pen
Sebelum ni i p klinik panel kat bawah Menara TM tu je..tapi mana la tau tetiba i terberanak kat kampung nanti..mana ada private hospital kan..so better gak buat check up kat snih..ada full record yg boleh di pegang n dibawa ke mana2..lagi pun mengikut survey yg dah i buat..dia nyer check up lebih detail dari private..
Lagi satu..nanti kalau ada apa-apa complication..akhirnya dia akan refer balik ke GH..so better buat je la kan..bukan kene bayar pun..i dengar masa first check up nanti je kene bayar RM5..apa la sgt..
Tapi hari tu..i saja gatal2 buat lagi 1 appointment kat Klinik Panel kat TM Annexe tu..23.3.2011 ni kene p..nanti i tgk dulu doktor panel mana yg bes..nnti i pilih la salah satu..letih la plak byk sgt appointment kan..Ari tu yg bawah Menara tu asik kene postpone je..tu yg buat appointment kat Annexe tu..haha
Hmm..berdebar la plak bila nak buat test tu nanti..tah apa la penyakit i ada n zat apa la agaknya yg kurang dlm badan i ni..hopefully semuanya sihat wal'afiat with no complication during labor..Aamiinn..

APPERECIATION TO MY DEAREST HUBBY!!!
Waktu ditinggalkan lonely kat umah ni..sbb my hubby is attending his class..tetiba terfikir plak nak mencoretkan sedikit ttg kesungguhan my hubby menjaga dan melayan isteri terchentanya ni selama didalam keadaan kesihatan dan mood yang tak menentu ni..really appreciate your support dear!!!
Semenjak cuti tahun baru cina lagi..badan ni dah rasa tak sedap..he really wanted to send me to the clinic for check-up..tapi biasala kan wife dia ni mmg degil..huhu..mestila tak nak pegi..setakat sakit sikit2 ni..malas nak layan la kononnya..but..he really took care of me..
Then, lepas p check up kat clinic lepas balik dari kelantan tu..my hubby jaga i the same as the doc advice..doc informed that during this time i akan kene gastrik..so before bgn dr katil pagi2 tu..i kene mkn dulu at least 2 keping biskut..cream crakers or mary..he will prepare for me..and i dapat la on-bed breaksfast..dia siap buatkan teh panas and prepare the vitamin..yang best tu..bila nak tido mlm..dia siapkan bantal sejuk lagi..ala..yang kene simpan dalam peti ais tu..so i leh menyejukkan kepala n tengkuk n kadang2 perut ketika tido..
Bila i dah ok skit after 3 weeks, he will prepare roti bakar and milo 'o' as my breakfast..huhu..terasa dimanjakan sgt..tu tak masuk lagi usaha mencari mknn yg perut i boleh terima for dinner..kalau i berehat kat umah je..i will prepare bubur nasi jer as lunch..sian plak la dia kene hantar lunch..which ada 2 kali kot dia carikan lunch..terpaksa test mcm2 mknn..my stomach and my esofagus is very sensitive..till today pun, i kene mkn yg lembut2 je..anything which needs me to chew..the result will be muntah balik la lepas tu..lamanyer dah tak mkn nasi putih berlauk..really miss it..
Besides, his discipline secara istiqamah melaksanakan amalan2 yang di galakkan..mmg buat i terharu..really love u dear..adik minta maaf kalau adik terlalu menyusahkan abg..
Namun tak dilupakan juga..my parent in law especially my mom..huhu..siap buatkan tomyam and bagi mangga tu..huh..berselera i mkn..masa balik shah alam tu..siap buatkan pengat pisang lagi..siap bawa bekal balik mangga ke setapak tu..really love u all..thanks for the support..tetiba teringat plak..my mom ada jugak buatkan beberapa baju baru utk i..mesti tak lama lagi i dah tak muat nak pakai kan..hahaha..

Thanks dear for doing most of the house work!! Bila badan adik dah betul2 sihat..insyaallah after 1st trimester ni..kita boleh buat keje rumah bersama2 semula..huhu

AMALKAN..JGN MALAS TAU..
So now what to do?? Persediaan for the baby maybe lambat skit la kot kan..dalam bulan ke 6 & 7 nanti la baru buat..skang ni focus on amalan-amalan rohaniah coz the baby masih dlm proses pembentukan mental & fizikal..
First thing first..kene elakkan dari mkn mknn yang haram n syubhah..make sure apa yg kita mkn tu from the halal source..and as per doc said..kene mkn mknn berkhasiat especially after the first trimester sbb dah pembentukan fizikal baby..
Then, what should we do..dekatkan diri pada Allah..banyakkan baca Al-Quran, sembahyang sunat, berzikir n berdoa..not only for the mother to do it but also the father pun kene amalkan. So, apa yg digalakkan??
Membaca Al-Quran:
1) Banyakkan baca Al-Fatihah n Ayat Kursi
2) Surah Yasin
3) Surah At-Taubah
4) Surah Yusuf
5) Surah Maryam
6) Surah Luqman
7) Surah An-Nahl ayat 78
8) Surah Al-A'raf ayat 189
Dan akhir sekali, the parents should avoid all perkara2 mazmumah..so mesti bersikap dan berakhlak baik..apa2 je yg dlm kategori perangai tak baik tu perlu dijauhkan..
So, skang ni kitorang berdua sedang melakukan sehabis baik dalam mengamalkan perkara-perkara yang tersenarai kat atas tu..Supaya Allah memberkati usaha kami..Aamiin..

DAH PANDAI MENENDANG YE !!!
Hahaha..ari ni ada first check-up ngan doc selepas asik postpone je tah baper kali..So, doc to tanya la bila last period mcm biasa..Then, dia pun kater "lama dah tu..baru skang dtg??"huhu..i sengih je la..so hasil check up tersebut adalah seperti di bawah..

Nampak tak ada makhluk comel tu..yg i bulatkan tu..doc tu ukur..dia kata dah 10 minggu..huhuhu..masa doc tu tgh menscan2 tu..dia leh lak tertendang-tendang..tangan dia menggagau-gagau cari apa tah agaknya..bahaya nih..aktif la plak..pastu nampak la jantung dia denyut-denyut..cuma tak la rasa lagi oleh si ibu ni sbb dia kecik je lagi..baru je saiz 30mm..
Pastu i tanya la doc tu..ada apa-apa test ke nak buat??dia kater takder..tunggu masa 6 bulan nanti..so the following check up lagi 3 minggu..selama ni tertanya-tanya gak la berjaya ke tak dia hidup kat dalam tu..Alhamdulillah..berjaya dah utk 10 minggu..
My hubby..mesti jeleskan sbb tak dpt tgk??nanti kita gi check up lain plak ek..adik bawak balik gambo ni tuk abg simpan..
Tak sabar rasanya nak menghabiskan trimester pertama ni..nak melantak mknn mcm2..skang ni kene mkn yg bersup2 je..sian tau..bila tgk org mkn nasik lauk best2 tu..hai..teringin la sgt..chaiyok..chaiyok..

TAURUS PARENT..CAPRICORN PARENT..
Earthy and practical
Taurus Parent - Patient, practical and purely indulgent
As a Taurus parent, you are a wonderfully grounding influence in your children's lives. Practical and patient, you're always ready with a smile and a cuddle. You have a good sense of what truly matters, so you rarely get angry or annoyed about the little things.
You do need to be careful not to spoil your little ones though! You're a total pushover when it comes to your children’s requests for cake, ice-cream, trips to the cinema, the list goes on. You just want to make them happy, but the key is everything in moderation.
Making sure your children eat well and get plenty of exercise shouldn't be too much of a problem for you. You're naturally comfortable running around outside. You also enjoy a wide range of healthy foods that you love sharing with your family.
Your children are likely to be pretty secure in your love. You're affectionate and enjoy kisses and cuddles with your little ones. You'll teach your children all about the core Taurus values of loyalty, hard work and staying power.
You enjoy being surrounded by the people, pets and possessions you value most, so your family home is most likely a cluttered, colourful and comfortable place.
When your children do and say things you don't expect, do try to compromise. Stubbornness is something you struggle with, but children need open-mindedness as well as stability.
Capricorn Parent - A master provider
As a Capricorn parent, your focus is on working hard for your family and meeting your responsibilities. In fact, you may work a little too hard! Your intentions are good, but you can place too much importance on being a dutiful provider and not enough on other things that truly matter. Spending quality time with your children and developing a warm, nurturing connection with them should be high on your list of priorities too.
You might be more comfortable with the demands of your career and trying to make ends meet than you are with your children’s emotional worries. However Capricorns, by nature, seek constant improvement, so if there's something lacking in your relationship with your children, you can identify the problem and work to correct it.
You'll teach your children about the value of money and reliability, and you'll educate them in the importance of keeping their promises. In fact, you'll be a real authority figure in their lives. They'll respect you and at times you might even intimidate them without realising it, or meaning to do so.
Part of your job as a parent will be learning to lighten up a bit and become more affectionate and spontaneous. This way, you can create a balance between work and play, and your children will love and appreciate you even more for the effort. You'll set a positive example for them when it comes to maturity, planning and working steadily towards goals. Just don't be too hard on them if they're not quite as driven as you are.
Combination of Tarus & Capricorn
You two make a dedicated and practical parenting team, clear about the ways in which you will raise your children and firm in your conviction that they will amount to something. With a work ethic like this, your sons and daughters will know what the rules are and that consequences will clearly follow if, and when, they are broken.
Of the two of you, the Taurus parent is more gentle and approachable, if perhaps a bit indulgent and pretty stubborn. The Capricorn parent, on the other hand, may be more worldly-wise and able to guide children through life's harder lessons.
One danger in this combination is the risk of placing more importance on money or work than on family. At the end of the day, the people who will benefit most from your strength, determination and devotion will be those who are closest to you.
Alamak..dah kene bersedia nak jadi mak bapak yg baik pulak ni..

ORANG BARU??? YEKE???
Selamat Pengantin Baru kat Momay yang telah berjaya dinikahkan pada 6/2/2011.. berjaya jugak aku sampai menyaksikan majlis bersejarah itu..aku p ngan my hubby n farah..sepupunya si nadia tu dah pegi dulu dah..shopping-shopping..si leli n family, zaza, finaz pula bertolak bersama-sama..kitorang berjumpa di kelantan di homestay yg telah ditempah khas..tapi aku balik ngan farah n finaz bersama hubby terchenta..so bertambah la lagi sorang orang baru dalam family si momay nih..gembira-gembira..

Balik je dari kelantan tu..esoknya sepatutnya aku cuti..saja maleh p kerja..tapi bantainya aku muntah2 tak berenti..lemah longlai badan aku..terpaksa la si hubby aku ni bawak p klinik..aku btau la period aku dah lewat dah seminggu lebih, pastu asik la muntah2 semenjak cuti raya cina ari tu..sian aku kat atas flight p kelantan tu asik nahan muntah je..so doktor tu tanya la aku dah kawin baper lamer..aku jawabla setahun..pastu dia gelak..dia kata 'ala baru lagi tu'..ader ke doktor tu cakap cenggitu..
Pastu doktor tu suh la aku buat urine test..aku dah tergolek2 dah kat luo bilik doc tu tunggu result..bila dia panggil aku masuk..boleh lak doc tu cakap 'lama dah awak simpan ni'..hubby i lagi la blurr-blurr..apa la doc ni cakap..then dia tunjuk result test tu..ada la 2 line..so dia kata la aku ni dah pregnant 5 minggu nak masuk 6 minggu..pastu seperti biasa..dapat la aku asid folik untuk jadi mknn rutin skang ni..
Yang si hubby i ni plak tak puas hati sbb tak dapat tgk result test tu..esoknyer dia beli pregnancy test..aku pun buat la test tu lagi sekali..tunjuk la kat dia pasal 2 line merah tu..baru la dia faham..dia siap ingat kalau ada 2 line tu maksudnya kembar lagi..hahahaha

Semenjak tu lagi la..apa je aku mkn kuo balik..siksanya hidup..terpaksa lagi pegi klinik..minta mc..doktor singh ni bagus..siap bagi nasihat apa kene buat bila bgn tido..apa boleh mkn buat masa ni..apa yg tokleh..dia bagi la ubat utk tahan pening/muntah n Gaviscon..dia kater ubat tu je boleh utk org pregnant ni..so..seminggula aku plan nak tergolek kat umah..
Sekali..dapat la call yang mak ngah aku meninggal selepas buat operation cancer rahim..innalillahiwainnailaihirajiun..dengan keadaan lemah longlai ni pegi la pula ke gombak untuk majlis pengebumian dan bacaan tahlil..kat stuh je sehari aku tak mkn apa-apa..takut muntah..dok kat kubur tu lagi la..dah la masa tu panas..mcm nak pengsan dah rasanya..so sedara mara belah mak aku ni dah tau la berita aku pegnan ni..
Tadi ada meeting unit..so aku pun announce la yang aku pegnan and suh diorang bersiap sedia sbb maybe masa Business Plan 2012 nanti..aku tak sempat nak buat..hahaha..so skang nih tgh train staff yg ada utk menggantikan aku nanti..bos aku tu punya la baik..dia kater tak yah la amik Urgent Leave kalau tak larat dtg keje..just inform dia je nak keje dari rumah..teleworking..huhu..so..dalam seminggu ada la aku p keje 2 or 3 hari je..
Tapi..mmg serius sumer org kater aku dah kurus..4 minggu pertama tak la serius sgt..tapi masuk minggu ke 5 tu..tak larat..patut la selalunya org tau dia pegnan masa minggu ke 5..sbb masa tu baru pening2 n muntah2..

HMM..DIMANAKAH AKU PADA 2010?? EPPY BDAY MY DEAREST HUBBY
Huhu..lamer giler tak update blog ni..2010 langsung tak update..naper????konon bz la menempuh hidup baru as isteri mithali la konon..
Tapi mmg tak der aper pun..pas majlis nikah 10.10 2009 di Slim and 17.10.2009 di Shah Alam....kitorang p honeymoon kat Genting 3 hari 2 malam..20-22.10.2009..waktu kitorang kat Genting tu..my parents in law p honeymoon kat PWTC..maklumla my mother in law diraikan dalam Prog Jasamu Di Kenang..selepas berpuluh2 tahun berkhidmat di TM..
Masa tahun 2009 tu la tahun paling bz dalam hidup aku..maklumla..beberapa unit yg sebelum ni mempunyai bos masing2 telah disatukan di bawah aku yg kerdil ni..amik kau..habis dengan hubby2 aku dikerah utk buat keje..masa tu hubby to be..sian dia..tapi sempat juga tu menggatal nak kawin..hahahah..2 hari sebelum kawin tu mak siap call aku suh balik cepat..byk keje tak settle lagi kononnya..aku pun terpaksa la balik..sambung buat keje kat Slim pulak sampai mlm sebelum nikah tu..saper suh aku nikah time tengah sibuk buat Business Plan..padan muka aku..makcik2 tu siap membebel suh aku pakai inai..kol 2 pagi baru aku pakai..huhu
Pastu aku ingat dah nak masuk keje dah 26.10.2010..tapi mlm tu, aku mendapat khabar sedih pemergian Allahyarham atok kesayanganku pada 25.10.2010..2 minggu selepas perkahwinan aku..aku extend lagi cuti aku..alhamdulillah..sempat jugak dia tgk aku kawin..cucunya yang sungguh degil dan suka melawan ni..

Lebih kurang 3 bulan aku menetap di Shah Alam..then, selepas siap renovation (grill and kitchen cabinet) di rumah yang aku beli kat Setapak tu..kitorang pun plan la untuk berpindah dan hidup berdikari sebagai suami isteri pada 9.1.2010..bukan apa nak pindah cepat sgt tu..sian pula kat parents in law aku..aku buat rumah diorang mcm hotel pulak..keluar awal pagi..balik lewat mlm..serba salah rasanya..tapi sian jugak la kat diorang..sbb diorang pun masa tu tinggal berdua je..so kami suami isteri ni buat la schedule..sebulan ada 4 minggu..1 minggu balik Shah Alam..1 minggu lagi balik Slim..2 minggu lagi dok kat umah..kemas rumah ..huhu
So apa yang kitorang buat dalam 2010 di rumah baru??of cause la memenuhkan umah..beli set bilik tidur kitorang..beli dapur, peti ais, washing machine, kabinet tv and rak buku..ada ke mak aku suh angkut semua buku2 aku ke rumah baru aku..dia kata menyemak je kat rumah dia..tak patut betul..pastu baru beli sofa..meja mkn (awal2 dulu meja mkn kitorang is meja office TM yang dah terbuang tu)..pastu beli tilam dan rak baju untuk 2 bilik yang tak tau akan dihuni oleh siapa tu..buat masa ni guest room la..baru2 ni beli TV sbb tv yang kitorang pakai sekarang pinjam dari my parents in law..tunggu UNIFI masuk kat umah kitorang, then baru pulangkan..huhu
Barang2 lain kebanyakannya dah dapat masa hadiah kawin ari tu..kitorang mmg gunakan sepenuhnya..terima kasih for all the wedding gifts..tapi 2 barang aku dah pecahkan..1 lagi tu mmg dapat dah sompek..so aku jadikan ala2 mangkuk perhiasan dengan diisi bunga kat dalamnya..
So kesimpulannya..pas kawin je..dalam masa setahun tu keje kitorang adalah melawat kedai2 perabot..untuk menambah isi rumah..skang setakat yang basic tu sumer dah ada..So, 2011 ni nak buat apa??ha..menambah ahli rumah pulak..hahhahah
ARI NIH ARI APA??HUHU..EPPY BDAY MY BELOVED HUBBY..LOVE U SO VERY MUCH..MMUUUAAAHHHH..

DUA KISAH BERBEZA...
Don't Cry Joni by Conway Twitty
Woman - Jimmy please say you'll wait for me
I'll grow up someday you'll see
Saving all my kisses just for you
Signed with love forever true.
Man - Joni was the girl who lived next door
I've known her I guess ten years or more.
Joni wrote me a note one day.
And this is what she had to say.
Woman - Jimmy please say you'll wait for me
I'll grow up someday you'll see
Saving all my kisses just for you
Signed with love forever true.
Man - Slowly I read her note once more
Then I went over to the house next door
Her tear-drops fell like rain that day
When I told Joni what I had to say.
Joni, Joni please don't cry
You'll forget me by and by
You're just fifteen and I'm twenty two,
and Joni I just can’t wait for you.
Soon I left our little home town,
Got me a job and tried to settle down
But these words kept haunting my memory,
the words that Joni said to me.
Woman - Jimmy please say you'll wait for me
I'll grow up some day you'll see
Saving all my kisses just for you
Signed with love forever true.
Man - I packed my clothes and I caught a plane
and I had to see Joni. I had to explain,
how my heart was filled with her memory
and ask my Joni if she'd marry me
I ran all the way to the house next door
but things weren't like they were before
My tear-drops fell like rain that day
When I heard what Joni had to say.
Woman - Jimmy, Jimmy please don't cry
You'll forget me by and by.
It's been five years since you've been gone
Jimmy, I - (married) - your best friend John.
Diana by Paul Anka
I'm so young and you're so old,
This my darling I've been told.
I don´t care just what they say,
'Cause forever I will pray,
You and I will be as free,
As the birds up in the trees.
Oh, please, stay by me, Diana.
Thrills I get when you hold me close,
Oh, my darling, you're the-a most.
I love you. But do you love me?
Oh, Diana, can't you see,
I love you with all my heart
And I hope we will never part.
Oh, please, stay with me, Diana.
Oh, my darlin', oh, my lover,
Tell me that there is no other.
I love you with my heart,
Oh-oh, oh-oh, oh-oh, Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, oh.
Only you can take my heart.
Only you can tear it apart.
When you hold me in your lovin' arms,
I can feel you giving all your charms.
Hold me darling, hold me tight.
Squeeze me baby with-a all your might.
Oh, please, stay by me, Diana.
Oh, please, Diana. Oh, please, Diana
